The site manager enters the daily report and timesheet from the field, by phone. The project manager in the office sees the same record at the same time; no more collecting photos from a WhatsApp group in the evening and copying them into Excel the next day.
When a site issue is opened, the record shows who it was assigned to and when it was closed. The subcontractor’s progress payment and the site budget are in the same file too, so accounting doesn’t have to ask which site a payment belongs to.
