KVKK Privacy Notice

This is an English translation for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform people who visit the yapiex.com.tr website and fill in the demo request form. For data processed inside the YapiEx application, the privacy notice in the application applies.

What data we process

  • Demo request form: full name, company name, phone, e-mail, number of construction sites and, optionally, the message you write.
  • The website's server: access logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information).

What you type to the ÇiviBot intro assistant on the site never leaves your browser; it is not stored and is not sent anywhere. The site does not use cookies; for details, see the Cookie Policy.

For what purpose and on what legal basis

  • Responding to your demo request, scheduling a meeting with you and preparing an offer: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
  • Keeping the website secure and preventing misuse: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

Who it is shared with

Your data may be shared only for the purposes above, and only with the suppliers that provide the website's hosting and e-mail services. It is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Whether data is transferred abroad: [to be completed].

How long it is kept

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request that it be corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. You can send your applications to kvkk@yapiex.com; they are answered within 30 days at the latest.
