Each permit file is recorded with its block and parcel numbers (ada/parsel) and its municipality. Missing documents show up in the document checklist, and when a fee is paid the file’s status is updated.

The progress payment plan and collections for the permit work are tracked in the same file. The property owner can see the stage of their own file in the Client Portal.
